Unfortunately I think it's only available on deviantart, but Elf vs. Orc by Ursula Vernon is hilarious. She wrote a book set in the same universe, but so far the badass orc lady only shows up on deviantart and possibly Vernon's defunct livejournal. She's on dreamwidth as tkingfisher.
