Re: Dietary supplements

I work night shifts, so I make sure I take a Vit-D supplement. A lot of my coworkers seem to have classic vit-d deficiency, especially in the winter and autumn, so I think I'm better safe than sorry. At worst I'm just making my piss vit-d rich, at best I'm compensating for seeing the sun less often than Dracula. If fresh food has been expensive then I'll probably take a vit-c supplement too. Some months you just gotta munch down on unhealthy junk food, it gets the endorphins flowing and makes you feel full and happy more than fresh fruit and veg ever does.
