Re: The real meaning of "constitutional"

I always thought it meant walking.

But, there's a brand of granola called Crapola that has a flavor called "Colon-ial Times" and the tagline for it is "Daily constitutional support" so at least some people think it has to do with pooping?

"Constitution" can also mean health, and regular pooping is good for you, so maybe that's it?
