Onions. Hated them as a kid, but now they are one of my favorite things. I could probably eat just onion with nothing else with it, they are just that good.

Mac and cheese (I was literally the only kid I knew who hated mac and cheese), mashed potatoes (I had weird food phobias as a kid), most cheeses- especially blue cheese and mozzarella sticks, rock music, dogs (I was afraid of them when I was little), sleeping in and doing nothing, board games.

Blue cheese. I tried it once when I was young and hated it. I tried last year when I found taste-testing samples at Ikea's food market and liked it. Now I love making a cheese sauce with it to have with spicy chicken wings. It's an expensive meal because the bag of wings is $16 at full price and a block of Castello Blue or Black is usually over $7.

Naps

Fandom-wise, Frasier. I don't love it, but as a kid, I hated it, whereas now, if I happen to catch a rerun, I actually enjoy it.

There are other movies and TV shows as well, but none come to mind quite as quickly as Frasier.

Peas, having people understand how old I am, swearing, the whole "I used to be disgusted but now I'm just amused" shtick, listening to songs in foreign languages....

...I could go on forever.
