Eh, hey, if something like that gives you a bit of a confidence boost, nothing wrong with that. Sometimes it's the little things that can kinda snap you out of a funk and make you feel better, even if only for a short time :).

My sympathies go out to you anon. I'm going through something similar at the moment. Job hunting is so frustrating because as much time as you put into it, you rarely ever get any response. It feels like all the hard work you are doing is pointless.

Yesterday, Inwas feel all proud and accomplished because I watched three movies. Usually it takes me a few days to watch only one.

The no response thing is the worst. Out of all the dozens of jobs I applied for over the last few months, only two of them had the decency to at least give me a definite "no."

Are they? OP said 'these guys', and they don't usually put all-girl bands like that in 'boy' clothes (not a big fan or anything, it just seems like the girl bands dress up in 'girly' clothes, and the boys in 'boys' clothes).

But i could be wrong.

I quit my job just before Christmas and only two days ago got a new (entirely different) job after six months of no replies or outright rejections because I had no experience in anything but what I'd been doing for the past four years. I had a couple of people say "you don't get to complain about being unemployed because you quit."

It takes guts to quit a job that you don't feel is right or working for you and pursue something different. Job-hunting can be so demoralizing and seem hopeless sometimes. I don't know your circumstances but you'll get there and find something that's right for you. Hang in there. <3
