Train to Busan. Watched it after that secret on here. Fantastic horror movie. I can't wait to see what the director does next.

It was really awesome, wasn't it? I found it on Netflix one day, and my mum was like oh no, it's got subtitles, I can't watch that! (she's a very slow reader) but I said just watch the first ten minutes and then I'll change it, and we were both hooked after five and watched it all. I don't think she's ever watched a whole subtitled movie before in her life.

Yeah, it was sooo good. And some great horror movies made with suspense instead of jump scares.

It was very cool! They were *smart*, and did things in smart ways, and best of all - no one had a gun! I really enjoyed it.

The Handmaiden. It was so much more twisty than I expected.

Roman Holiday. I'd never seen it all the way through for whatever reason.

It's such a lovely story, and the ending is so bittersweet.

Finally watched Blazing Saddles the other day - I'd never seen it! So good.

Logan. It really made me realise how spoilt we've been to have Hugh Jackman play him all these years. He is just so damn good, and the movie was very well done. I almost feel sorry for whoever gets cast as Wolverine in the future.

Who gets cast as Wolverine is gonna be Dafne Keen. In the comics, it's a title which Laura takes on.

We have our next Wolverine.

*will fight and ignore ANYONE ELSE for that role*

It's either HER or no one at all. Hugh Jackman left his mark so deep I refuse to see anyone else play the role that isn't Dafne.

Wonder Woman.

Best movie this year still goes to Lego Batman, followed by Hidden Figures, followed by Wonder Woman.

TBH, have to go all the way back to the beginning of the year and Moonlight.

I mean, Guardians of the Galaxy wasn't bad, but I wouldn't call it all that good outside of its genre.

Wonder Woman. Wasn't expecting to love it. Hate the rest of the DCEU. But Wonder Woman was really good.

Moana, I know, I was way behind in seeing it, but it was awesome.

I had to be out of the house for several hours (bug exterminator). I ended up going to my town's second run movie theater. I saw Kong Skull Island, The Lego Batman movie, and the Smurfs the Lost Village. All of them were good.

The action and comedy in Kong kind of reminded me of The Mummy (1999).
