but they are all the same person... we are explicitly told they share feelings and we are only seeing a representation. Lito doesn't have to desire Riley, he is Will desiring Riley, or he is desiring Capheus in Riley. And people can be in orgies with people of genders they're not attracted to.
It's not like they show Nomi being interested in male members of the cluster individually.

But sure the show is "homophobic shit".

Also, shout out to that moment in S1 where Will sees Lito and is like, "Do I know you?" and Lito says, "We had sex," and Will's just like, oh, right, okay. I think that really demonstrates your point: Will, a heterosexual male, is told he had (mind)sex with another man, and takes it completely in stride, because they're all kind of one with each other anyway.

If the show had the gay characters being cool with it but the straight characters being uncomfortable, that would be totally different. But it very much portrays their ring as all being crazy intimate with each other in a way that...like, sex is just one little part of that intimacy.
