I kinda give that one a pass 'cause there was dark magic involved, and anyway it's not like the goblet knows the difference to begin with. It's a cup, what does a fucking cup know about contract laws? Though I do agree with you that the wizarding world in general has serious issues when it comes to contracts, consent and common sense in general.

Yeah, I wasn't annoyed with the goblet because it's just doing it's job. i was annoyed by the adult human wizards standing around going "welp this is a valid contract now and there is nothing we can do." i just try and tell myself that the wizarding world just has different contracts than the muggle world, and hope that one day some muggleborn will come along and change things.
