OK, maybe there's conflict outside of the romantic relationship.

Well, what they said in the secret was that they like fic with healthy poly relationships. that doesn't mean that they dislike fic with conflict in relationships. it just means that they want to read the thing they like.

Poly relationships don't mean there is no conflict. Every relationship has conflict. It just means the OP wants to see functioning poly relationships in fic, which is rare, even though such things exist in real life.

conflict isn't unhealthy -a healthy relationship is one where conflict is worked out in a mature, respectful way
