1. How would He know there's going to be a fight? That ain't 47's style

Because otherwise it's not a fair fight. Obviously if you let one guy ambush the other, that's going to be an advantage. No shit.

2. How would he know when, where and who 47 would come as, and

He wouldn't. But he's not an idiot and he's not unfamiliar with people using disguises - wizards have the Polymorph Potion which isn't all that different.

3. even with all of that, you really think he could out plan 47?

His starting advantages are just so much greater. He can fly and is invisible. That's a lot.
