waiting to hear back from the on-campus food service people I applied with (for a second job---job I already have doesn't pay enough to cover rent.) the person who interviewed me thinks it's a very good chance I'll be hired but unfortunately there has been a conference on campus this week so they have been hugely swamped with extra work and it might be longer than usual for the director to get back to me about it. feeling more hopeful than I have since I started the second-job search process tho.
