101: Yeah, I'm not that wild about the dating sim elements either. I think that living the Main's everyday life is part of what makes the game hard to put down -- OMG JUST ONE MORE DAY!! But I have been a bit disappointed by the fact that the balance between the social links and the actual story has been a bit poor. I haven't actually finished the game yet (I've taken a loooong break from it) but as far as I can remember, I'm about 55 or so hours through it and I've had maybe four or five major things happen.

In a game that's that long, you need more story -- everything can't be doled out at the end (despite the fact that I've heard that the payoff is good). The social links have really become, for me anyway, something I do to get better Personae and not something I do for the fun of it.

139: I don't really find RPing to be creepy (although LARP seems really odd to me), but I have very little interest in actually doing it. It sucks for me as well because a lot of my flist is comprised of very active RPers. Part of me wants to get in on the fun, because they're cool people and it'd be amusing to be a part of it, but there's another part that just doesn't seem to want to give in.
