Ear Cartilage Bump

Anyone here have a sharp small bump on the top part of your ear cartilage? This would have been something you were born with. One of my sisters and I both have one (on one ear only) but my other two siblings do not. Was wondering how common these bumps are.

I do not, but I originally read this as Eat Cartilage Bump and was very confused and concerned.
