NAYRT - I liked the episode, but it sat weird with me that maybe just two episodes before that, Dev cancelled a date with a girl because he didn't like her hairband or something weird like that. (I think I'm remembering it more harshly than how it actually happened, but still.)

Although to be fair to the show, I don't think MoN is supposed to be a comedy. I think it was billed as one because Aziz Ansari does stand-up and was on Parks and Recreation.

Yeah, I suppose so. I was expecting it to be like Louie, but it was like Louie without the levity.
