Book club - announcements and Joust discussion date

After a couple recent posts and some discussion about possible changes, I think we'll implement the following changes for reccing next month:

1. Recs require a cooldown of two months if they lose or have lost in a poll, effective now. (So for August, you can't rec anything that was on the poll for July or June, and so forth.)
2. Limit one rec per person per month.

Hopefully this will give more people an opportunity to rec, since the poll usually fills up now in 2-3 days. I may reconsider for next month if recs drop sharply. I do encourage everyone who wishes to rec, to do so :)

Thanks to everyone who gave me feedback on this!

Also, please give feedback if you are planning on being at the discussion for Joust on what day you'd like. So far I've had a couple yeas and one nay for July 2, and wanted to make sure I hear from everyone. Please let me know whether you'd prefer that or another date. I cannot do July 9. I can do Sunday June 25th or a weekday.

July 2 works for me. Not sure if I'll have the book then since I'm waiting for it to come from the library. But I won't have time much later in the month. So if it comes late, I'll just post my comments a few days late.

No, I meant I won't past the first week of July. I haven't gotten the book yet, so haven't had a chance to read it. But the Bar is at the end of July, so past the first week I'll be doing nothing but studying probably.
