I think it'd be fun to have the power to magically change your gender, but it would not be fun realistically to have it tied to the randomness of sneezing. Assuming your looks changed - like you go from being a woman to suddenly having a wider frame, a wider jaw line, stubble, whatever... that'd be terrible, not to mention your outfits might not continue to fit. You'd have to wear super baggy clothes all the time.

I mean it would really depend on what type of body build I'd have in each form and how that'd work.

I also wonder if an "induced sneeze" would work, too. Because that would afford some measure of control.
If anything, I think shoes would be the biggest problem.
