Low impact fitness apps/videos

I want to do more stretching and basic yoga, got any recs? For apps, I have an iPhone. My goal is not weight loss (I am already borderline underweight), but basic conditioning and mobility. I have a chronic illness and fatigue problems, and a lot of tightness in the back, shoulder, and neck from my movement disorder. Maybe some more movement and such will also help mood...

Also any favorite word game apps, preferably free or at least no in-app purchases?

For yoga, I like the Mind Body Soul channel on YouTube. I do the six day workout to help me wake up in the morning.

I played TypeShift for a couple weeks. There are in-app purchases, but they have a whole host of puzzles you can play for free.

Kit Laughlin is very good. He also has a book called Overcome Neck and Back Pain that is excellent.

For word game apps, I play Typeshift, Wordscapes, and 7 Words -- I believe they all offer in-app purchases (IIRC, for hints), but they're all free to play. If you like typography, there's also The Font Game and Font Fox for identifying fonts.

For yoga apps, I haven't used it yet but two of my friends have recommended YogaGlo to me, and I see they have a 4.5 star rating with 80 reviews.
