When I had my wisdom teeth out, it was all four at once via oral surgery with an IV drip to put me mostly under. I got prescription painkillers, don't remember if it was tylenol 3 or Vicodin. I didn't go through all of them but my face swelled up like crazy and it hurt like hell for at least two weeks.
