Well, it's basically Dutch cheese, so your best option would be a place that sells Dutch products. It's more about about the texture than the taste. It tastes likes a well-riped Dutch cheese, very savoury, but regular old cheese is still soft - this is hard cheese. Some of them even have these little bits that are crunchy. It's excellent with red wine or just on its own. it's on the expensive end, though.

Ayrt -- thank you! I really love cheeses that get those crunchy bits, will happily have the above in mind the next time I'm in a good cheese shop :)
