It's an edit from a Simpsons episode. Homer has to take a job at the power plant again because Maggie is born and as punishment Mr Burns sets up a plaque at the front of his workstation that says "Don't forget, you're here forever." Which Homer covers with pictures of Maggie so it says "Do It For Her"

Which makes OPs picture not make any sort of sense and it's REALLY BOTHERING ME.

That was my first thought too (where did the M come from??) but I let it go and laughed at myself for being nitpicky, like I usually do.
