It's a more expensive wine (for a 500 mL bottle, it's usually $20 MINIMUM) where the grapes are frozen on the vine. It's thicker than normal wine and very sweet.

I usually save it for special occasions, to me it's a bit pricey to drink regularly.

If you go to a decent wine/liquor store, they should be able to point you to a good bottle. I tend to buy from local wineries for ice wine so I can't pinpoint a national one. German ones are usually more expensive than the NY/NJ ones I can get.
