i work retail, so weekends are just another work day

and we've recently recruited somebody into our department who pretty much refuses to do weekends (this weekend will be the first she's worked in the three months since she started - she's a transfer from another branch {which closed down} who came in on her old work patterns so nobody can reasonably force her to change), so that leaves the rest of us to cover all the weekends around her :(
