This is from the Fullmetal Alchemist fandom.

The fanfic in question had Lin Yao and Edward Elric romantically involved with one another. Lin Yao's hair had somehow gotten caught in Ed's automail finger joints. I'd like to be able to see this one again, if only for the funny train wreck value.

The fic in question is definitely over five years old.
