Canonical sex excludes both Voltron and Steven Universe, and is only present in the implied-by-marriage-and-children sense in Harry Potter.

While Sam and Dean have both had canonical sex aplenty (and most of Dean's partners have actually survived the experience) they're pretty much the opposite of "met as adults." Though maybe it's Destiel instead of Wincest, and Cas is "child coded" despite being a bazillion year old wavelength of celestial intent.

By process of elimination that leaves the Sherlock fandom; didn't Sherlock boink that bridesmaid?

Or maybe it's some teensy little fandom that nobody's ever heard of.

I've seen "child-coded" wank in Overwatch, though not with a male character (about Symmetra, a canonly autistic character who is not child-like at all) and to my knowledge there is no canon boning yet

Anime fandoms have a ton of wank but I don't know enough about them to guess there...

MCU has enough characters to make it viable but I am also not in that fandom so idk
