'I identify as an attack helicopter' is a joke/meme about there being a ridiculous amount of different genders, ie, 'I identify as non-binary and half-female and half-male when I feel like it, except on Tuesday, then I identify as the planet Jupiter.'

Kind of like the guy who, when his professor said he would respect any pronouns the students wished, said his desired pronoun was 'your majesty.'

On the one hand, what a dick.

On the other hand, that really is a legendary answer.
