Practical costumes ftw!

I honestly just loved the costume design in this show, everyone looked amazing tbh. But yeah I do like that there is some practicality to it as well.

I don't watch this show, but props to them for dressing who I assume is an action lady in something other than the standard barely-there "armor" that tends to be de rigeur for action ladies in fantasy shows, while still allowing her free range of motion

Kahlan + great costumes (that make sense) = love

Also, I appreciated Cara's costume as well. Full body leather suit, flexible, much like what Kahlan had on later. I will complain a bit about the cleavage exposure (but I guess it's fair considering that Richard was almost always in a vest/ removed his shirt quite often). So actually, no complaints?


I love practical costumes. Bonus, as she wore boots. Because crossing the country side is not practical in heels.

I loved so much about LotS, and one of the things was the costuming. Kahlan's and Cara's both worked really well for what they were.
