I'm trying to think of pairings that f!s has actually had the motivation and energy to flip out about in like.. the past three years. Snape/Hermoine, maybe? And that's it? :P

Snape/Lily will get flipouts, I don't think Snape/Hermione will. It's a fairly polarizing ship but is it really wanky?

F!S gets really hipsterish about OTPs, and a lot of people decide they hate pairings instead of hating the wanky part of the base and/or judge everyone who likes a pairing because of the base, and it's caused me to avoid talking about at least one OTP recently and there are several pairings I really like that fall into this category to some degree.
