I partly agree with you. I consider myself a socialist for the same reasons you do. But I don't think there's anything wrong with verbally attacking capitalism, because I find the philosophy behind it to be basically abhorrent. It's the idea that people should have free reign to do what they want, that a lucky few should be entitled to all the wealth and resources that exist, and if you're born into a situation where you don't have access to those resources, tough luck. I think fundamentally a society should care for all its people. I also don't think anybody has a plan to "dismantle capitalism" without replacing it with something because that's basically impossible; capitalism is by definition the lack of regulations on the economy; you can't take away something that isn't there. The only way to destroy capitalism is to actively put a different system in place.
