Inferno's fucking ending.

I know how people on this comm feel about Dan Brown, but I DO like his books. He hits tropes I like. But the film changed the ending.

In the book, Langdon didn't make it to the bag in time. So the "virus" that the dude had crated was spread. What it did was make a 3rd of the world's population sterile. It was his thing to try and slow down the over population problem and I loved that ending. It was so...ambiguously, morally gray. Cause on one had, I agree with the sentiment. On the other, the choice to have a family could have just been stripped away from you and you wouldn't even know it.

The movie fucked that up for a happy ending. Bleh.
