Unpopular opinion here, but I fucking hate seeing that ugly-ass dog. Idk why everyone thinks he looks so damn cute. Every time I see him, I just want to punch his ugly face. I even blocked his name and his owner's blog on tumblr because I kept seeing reblogs of his stupid tongue and moronic expression.

I've never met one of those dogs that didn't have eye issues and an eerie hundred yard stare to go with those cloudy gunky marbles that look like they'd pop out with a hard sneeze. I associate them with sad sickly ugly overpriced breeds that need to be put out of their evolved misery.

Idk if it's the same dog I read about (there are multiple "internet famous" dogs with that look) but I think the reason behind his appearance is because he's a puppy mill rescue. I don't really find him "cute" but I do feel sorry for him, as with any dog with that sort of look.

Yeah I never got this "so ugly it's cute" thing. Mostly because even if in this case, it might be a rescue dog, mostly this trend means animal cruelty by breeding animals with huge health issues like being unable to breathe properly (pugs etc.) or intentionally crippled anatomy. That's just shitty and shouldn't be supported.

I'm just very glad a lot of breeders are working on identifying the stenotic nares problem and breeding pugs without it, because aside from the potential to have stenotic nares a pug seems like a perfect dog for me. Growing up my neighbors always had well-bred pugs and they were fantastic.

So did I, outside of breaking out the mouse for raid healing. God, it's been years but I'm pretty sure I still have my alt+clicks and ctrl+clicks in my muscle memory from all that time spent staring at my little raid grid.
