When i was doing phone calls for a living (no sales!), we had a lot of 'no mo robo'. Basically, the phone would ring and then pick up, and a recording would said 'this number is protected by no mo robo. if you're not a robot, please dial ' and then give a random number. You dial, it would connect and ring through. If you didn't, it would hang up on you.

Dunno if it costs or if it's free, but you might try that.
