I don't know why people expect castmates to be best friends forever. Acting is their job.

okay but people make friends with people in their jobs all the time? how is it ridiculous to think that someone you were friends with is still friends with you. you don't know the level of involvement they had in their lives before? they probably didn't have complete radio silence for 10 years???

Sure. People make friends with their coworkers all the time, but that doesn't mean they are close friends with all their coworkers. That not even considering that a lot of friendship fizzle out over time. And it considering Drake didn't even know Josh was having a wedding, they probably weren't all that close.
