Carriger's books are funny, but I think they're more Victorian paranormal romance than true steampunk.

Well, they come up in a Google search for "steampunk books" & Soulless is #1 on GoodReads "Best Steampunk Books List" & there are steam powered gadgets & doohickeys (Genevieve Lefoux, anyone?) throughout the series & tech that shouldn't exist in Victorian times, so I'm gonna stand by calling them steampunk.

Should I add an LOL so I don't sound like I'm trying to be a jerk? I'm honestly not, but my period started today & I'm exhausted & don't feel like being nice.
