Eh, some women can't bulk up much. I'm one that can't exercise much without bulking up, and honestly from a looks standpoint it kind of sucks. I can't just be skinny without literally starving, so I have the choice of eating like a normal person and exercising and ending up with bulky muscle (real conversation while being measured in a sewing class: "holy shit, do you lift weights?" "...no?"), not exercising and ending up a shapeless fat sack, or starving. And I'm not gonna risk ending up in the ER when my blood pressure tanks ever again. Once was enough. I wasn't even dieting, I'd just had a stressful week.
