I know, I know, I'm particularly biased right now, but it still applies.

Most of the supporting characters in Deep Space Nine are fantastic, but Garak will forever be my favorite. And based on what I've seen in fandom, I'm far from alone in this.

In non DS9 work, I liked Lumiere in the animated "Beauty and the Beast", Fred and George in "Harry Potter", and Addison DeWitt from "All About Eve" (yes, he plays a large role near the end and narrates at the beginning, but I think it counts).
