Then I'm gonna be blunt but Luna really doesn't come across as autistic when you actually consider her background, just quirky and she's made fun of for looking at the world in a different way because her dad raised her like that.

So don't make this into stereotypes bullshit when it's not with this specific character.

I was going by stuff that's actually on the diagnostic criteria like being blunt and honest to a degree that's insensitive and not being in tune socially about the right thing to say. But hey if you wanna dismiss actual symptoms as stereotypes..

I will say that this is definitely up to interpretation. You're interpretation is as valid as mine. But I think its unfair to dismiss people's reasoning for this headcanon, as well as the fact that lots of people feel like there isn't much concrete positive portrayal to be had so they make their own. Not everyone who makes this headcanon is going off stereotypes.

Of course this doesn't mean you have to like it. but misrepresenting your opposition isn't really fair.
