What made me laugh today: my dog had already finished her dinner and we were still eating. She sat very firmly next to my boyfriend and started looking at him with the saddest puppy eyes I have ever seen, cocking her head and everything. And he said something like "poor dog, it's really obvious you are the poorest dog in the world... no nice food, just potato slices all day... no treats, no candy... and you have to work so hard the whole day..." and just keep on going and being more exaggerate each time. The combination between her expression and his was hilarious at the moment.

She got a nice piece of dry meat afterwards though, for being a good girl <3

There's a quest in the game Pillars of Eternity where you help someone find the reincarnation of her village elder. She's spent five years away from her family, searching for him. He turns out to have reincarnated as a deer, and she finds him right after he's been shot by hunters. One of your dialogue options is "you did say you were hoping for a hot meal at the end of all this."
