I feel you, anon. One day at work I had a headache so I took an aspirin out of my purse but the only water available was a water fountain that was on the opposite side of the store from the breakroom. I figured 'well, House always dry swallows, how hard could it be?', so I tried tossing it in my mouth House-style. I did manage to swallow it but I nearly choked and was coughing for the rest of the afternoon.

I have to take a lot of pills every day as well, and I've spent time wondering if it would go faster if I could swallow them like he could. Fear for a scenario like yours is what held me back. Thanks for telling me so I don't one day try, I guess :)
