Help downloading Facebook videos?

I follow my favorite actors on FB, and sometimes I want to download a video they post. I can't for the life of me figure out how. Usually there's some workaround for this, but haven't found any addons for Firefox, Chrome, or Opera to download FB videos. Am I missing something really obvious?

Which ones did you try? Because this tutorial was the very first result when I searched for "how to download facebook videos" and it works because I just tried it myself:

This was the second result and it shows a completely different method that also works just fine:

No need for any add ons or extensions.

I've never used it on facebook but I've used the "Flash Video Downloader" extension for chrome on tons of other random sites.
