Didn't flare up allergies, but neighbors setting off fireworks scared one of my cats so bad he hid under the bed for most of the night the last four nights.

Aw. Poor kitty. One of the dogs we had when I was a kid was so scared of fireworks he'd hide in the shower if there were any, even if someone was using it, even though he hated getting wet.

They've stopped for now. Might have had something to do with me shouting that it's the 5th of July out my window. Nope, not sorry about that at all. Not when my cat's been terrified for the last four nights.

Good for you. I haven't heard any today. But stuff sticks around in the air for a while here because of the heat and the lack of humidity. And plus, the ozone level is a bit high, which doesn't help.
