I'd probably vote for ghosts for similar reasons. All the rest are things you could conceivably stake, shoot, stab, decapitate or otherwise make an effort at fighting, but ghosts (and possibly demons) are a purely psychological threat and they freak me the hell out.

Yeah, I can get that. Put me back in the fucking grave! Rekill me first, obviously. Did I ask to be a shambling horror? No I did not.

I feel that with the other monsters, I have some degree of control. Even as a ghost I could like...have some fun with it. A zombie is just...not even me. What if I was stuck inside the body with no way to control it? *shudder*
