LMAO, MY PAIN. There's a lot of decent fic in this fandom, but for every good one, there's a hundred using the worst epithets/purple prose. Like, if I have to read "the shootist" one more time...

I can forgive an occasional "Prince" to describe Noct, but oh my god, some of them are so bad. When did "the raven" get so popular for him?? That's such a terrible epithet!
