It needs a fandom, seriously.

There's people ALL OVER this entry saying how much they love the show...we should all just get together and start a Cromarite Capslock community or SOMETHING.

I'm really surprised about the amount of supporters in this thread. I was so sure that it was one of those shows that got a lot of hype but that very few people actually liked. I think a comm like that would be perfect. 'Cause really, with the series being the way it is, it couldn't possibly live with one too overly serious orcivilized. xD

We're a semi-rare breed. We should stick together!

It seems like every time I see someone post with a Cromartie icon or someone mentions it somewhere or a secret involving it shows up, people flock to say how much they love the show. The fans are out there, the fandom just...isn't. I think maybe it's because it's not a really ship-heavy show, or something? Typical fandom things like serious romance fic wouldn't be quite possible. (You could ship them, sure, but most of it would be cracky, I think.)

But yeah, a capslock community or something would make perfect sense for what the show is like. (The characters shout at each other half the time, anyway. XD) Something cracky, anyway.

That makes sense. It's not really the type of show that you can get all introspective on. There's really no character development or big plot twists. So in that sense, other than crack there's very little to write about without going completely OOC. Even though that's one of the reasons why I love it so much, it also seems to be the downfall of a lot of good anime.

I think this could work though. I haven't spent a lot of time around capslock communities before but it sounds like fun. And besides, there simply isn't enough yaoi based off of pure crack out there.

I keep almost apping someone from Cromartie on my RP, but I have to find the time to rewatch the series and decide who I want to play...
