TV show recommendations

A friend and I finally finished the show Girls. It was a terrible show but we enjoyed watching it together, mostly to criticize the show.

Now we're trying to think of another show that's completed, probably less than 60 episodes and something 2 girls might enjoy watching together.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what you define as "completed", but Veronica Mars? Twin Peaks

Veronica Mars would be good!

We started watching Girls while it was still airing so it took us a long time to catch up but then once we did we had to wait a while for new episodes, so I wanted shows that had finished airing.

Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. I've been obsessed with it lately. It's full of great female characters and the actors have so much charisma that I was missing them when I tried reading the books. Also Phryne and Jack are my new favorite ship.

This seems like a good choice, I've seen a few of the episodes and loved it.

I'll add it to our list (she kept trying to push for Gossip Girl or Pretty Little Liars but I wanted to find something different)

Second the rec for Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. Glamorous flapper private investigator, sex positive and lots of episodes.

The first season of GLOW was awesome.

It was a great start, but it's not finished and we absolutely hated the way Girls ended, which is why I want something that's finished.

I hope season two of GLOW is even better.
