To me it's only bothersome if it makes the character look out of place, like on Game of Thrones there are two characters who got hair cuts (Jaime and Euron) and I felt like they looked really modern with the cut hair and it felt, off somehow? I don't know why with them in particular because there are a few characters with short hair in the show, and it was even understandable why Jaime cut his hair but it still felt wrong.

Thor is the only one in your secret that bothers me, obviously I don't know how I'll feel once I see it in action but he definitely looks more like Chris Hemsworth and less like Thor as a few others have mentioned.
