105 I agree (in part? if you only have 7 icon slots...). I think part of fandom is using icons by other fans as a part of supporting their work just like they support writers with comments.
143 I think this is a secret in the true sense of it--I don't think you're condemning people, you just feel what you feel. That being said, I hope it hasn't messed with your friendships online or otherwise, because it's kind of a narrow view and not widely held or accepted at all.
In before the tons of insults heaped on this concept?
150 THANK YOU. Characters on tv =/= the people who play them. The race/sex they identify as isn't necessarily the race/sex their characters identify as. Sometimes I think the meta goes a little too deep. Go deep enough you'll find misogyny in everything, imo.
