Tomatoes.

I do not like the taste or texture and they crop up in food far more than I'd like.

+1 I can deal with tomato sauce only if there aren't actual tomato chunks in there, I hate the texture of actual tomatoes.

Same here. Weirdly, I don't mind cherry tomatoes. Or sauces or ketchup or salsa. But keep those sliced/chunky tomatoes away from me.

I never liked tomatoes until we started growing them in the garden. Fresh off the vine, ripe, heirloom tomatoes (so not the same three varieties that get used in everything in restaurants and prepackaged food) feel like entirely different plants. I wonder if you might find those more palatable?
