Most people seem skeptical when I say I've had plastic surgery.

My high school boyfriend was very sweet, but to this day I'm very irritated that he once asked me "What's that line on your neck?" and I said: "That's the scar from when I had plastic surgery." and he laughed and said: "Hahaha, yeah, right." like I was being sarcastic. I wasn't, obviously.
