I dunno, he's one of the more moral characters. Most marriages are political and the important figures would probably only marry someone for an advantageous alliance rather than for love.

So... I guess it's not totally unbelievable Dany and Jon could get together just for that, but I definitely see Jon as one of the more vanilla characters who wouldn't want to get romantically or sexually involved with his cousin or aunt. Definitely not his cousin since they grew up together, but I can't imagine him ever being comfortable with his aunt either.
