It's Tikkun Olam by MustangSally and RivkaT. If you've spent any time whatsoever in TXF fandom, you'll probably know them as the people who wrote Iolokus. Tikkun Olam was far less obsessed over by the fandom than Iolokus was, but it's got that same trademark dark strangeness, with an extra helping of strange.
